Stonewall Visions at Flanders Nature Center and Land Trust (Woodbury CT)

"While observing the numerous stonewalls found all around us here in New England have your eyes ever been drawn to what looks like a pattern? Perhaps the stones are arranged in such a way to look like a serpent or a turtle?
Join independent researcher Tim MacSweeney who will share his insight on “repeated patterns” found in stone walls and his theory that instead of being random that they might likely have been created, maintained and used ceremonially by the Indigenous People who occupied the area hundreds of years ago.
He will give an interesting introductory PowerPoint presentation on the indigenous stone features found in stone walls which will then be followed by a walk around the nature center in search of concrete examples to analyze and admire."
